Repurchase and returns
As a costumer you always have a 14-day right to withdraw the purchase. The repurchase period is set from the day the package has been delivered to the recipient’s address. The returned product/-s must be returned in an unchanged condition for you to receive full credit.

We need the following information:
a) Order number
b) Your name and contact details
c) Quantity and names of the products desired to be returned
Before returning the products Acrilex must confirm that the reperches is correct and that the withdrawal period is not overdue. You as customer is reasonable for returning gods and its cost until package has reached us. If the return suggests a defect in product, the shipping cost will be covered by us.

If you have an unpaid invoice for your order, it is important that you change the due date yourself at klarna.com. When we have received and checked the returned item, we will refund the full amount as soon as possible, including any shipping cost (not return shipping) but no later than within 30 days. If you have paid by invoice or direct payment we will transfer the money to your bank account. If you have paid by card we will credit the return amount on your card.
If you have received a defective or incorrectly shipped item, please contact email@example.com or +46 380-409 70. Describe the error in as much detail as possible. Reclaim must be as described instructions you receive from us. Acrilex are responsible for return shipping.
If the reason for your complaint is deemed to be incorrect, we have the right to refuse. We always follow the recommendations set by Swedish law. In the event of a complaint dispute, we advise you to contact Reklamationsnämnden (arn.se) which will help you get the dispute tried.
